I went to this place twice. Once for a physical and another for a medical issue. Both times I was seen very quickly and treated appropriately, and the staff was incredibly kind. They also accept walk-ins. The lost star is due to the following issues: When I was giving my urine for the medical issue, there was a line of labeled urine specimens sitting on the toilet from prior patients, which seemed unsanitary and also non-HIPAA compliant. Additionally, when I went for my physical, the MA who was assessing my vitals had me count my own respirations, which I found bizarre. How is treatment accurate when the assessment data is skewed? I’m a healthy young woman but as an RN I’m more concerned for our geriatric patients and others having breathing issues, especially being in the midst of a pandemic that affects the respiratory system. It’s a great last-minute, last-resort place but by no means acceptable as a pcp.
